💍 The Ceremony 💍
The wedding ceremony will take place in the castle courtyard on Saturday at 5:00 pm 💒

We kindly ask you to arrive dressed and ready at the castle entrance by 4:30 pm, so we have plenty of time to seat everyone before the ceremony begins 🎀

The ceremony will last approximately 30 – 40 minutes 🌸

A few seats at the front are reserved for close family and will be clearly indicated. All other seating is open — there is no “his side” or “her side”. We’re one big group, celebrating together 💛

We’d love to see your faces, not phone screens. We therefore kindly ask that cameras, mobile phones and drones are put away during the ceremony. You’re very welcome to bring your phone in with you, but please set it to silent and keep it tucked away from the moment you sit down until we’ve walked back out together.
We’ll have a professional photographer capturing everything, so you can simply relax, be present in the moment — and look forward to enjoying the photos we’ll share later 📸
🪁 Activities 🪁
Sunday, between brunch and dinner, is reserved for doing exactly what you feel like. It’s a day without fixed plans — perfect for relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, or simply taking life at a very gentle pace 🏖️

For those who’d like to explore a little more, we’ll be offering a selection of optional activities. Detailed information will be shared with everyone who has RSVP’d yes, so you’ll have plenty of time to sign up well ahead of the wedding.
👒 Dress Codes 👒
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll have two dress codes: one for the arrival day and one for the wedding day. You’ll find more details about each below.

The dress codes are meant as friendly inspiration, not strict rules, and can be interpreted as loosely or precisely as you like. There are no requirements to buy anything new — if you already own something that makes you feel like a total star, that’s perfect. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident.

Uniforms (military or similar) are always very welcome.

Please keep in mind that there will be cobblestones, grass and old stone steps. High heels may have a tough time — many guests therefore choose to bring a second pair of shoes to change into.

Light, natural fabrics such as linen, silk, seersucker, hemp and cotton will be your best friends in the summer heat.

On the final day, there’s no dress code at all — come as you are.
Welcome Dinner
👞 Peaky Party 👞
The arrival evening is inspired by Peaky Blinders — where raw edge meets tailored elegance. The style strikes a balance between the refined and the rebellious: flattering silhouettes, structure, and thoughtfully chosen details. For some, that means a suit, waistcoat and flat cap. For others, it might mean vintage-inspired dresses, pearls, satin, velvet or sequins. All colours are welcome.

This is the night to channel your inner crime boss — or crime boss lady — with sparkle in your eyes and a confident cigar pose 🥃

A small side note:
Dinner this evening takes place inside the castle, which is the family’s private home. Out of respect for the setting, we kindly ask that no weapons of any kind are brought along — whether real or pretend. (Dress up, have fun, but don’t bring a gun 🔫)
Wedding Day
🌸 Garden Party Formal 🌸
A formal dress code, interpreted in a light and summery spirit — elegant and dressy, with room to move and breathe.
Soft pastels, fresh colours and floral details fit beautifully, and if you’d like to echo the wedding colour palette, yellow, pink and blue are lovely choices ♥︎♥︎♥︎

For women
● A midi- or ankle-length dress
● A jumpsuit or an elegant skirt and top are also appropriate
● A sun hat or fascinator is a welcome bonus

For men
Light, pastel-coloured or patterned suit — or a blazer paired with chinos
Light, pastel-coloured or patterned shirt
Tie or bow tie in light colours or playful patterns
● Smart shoes in light or brown leather (loafers, brogues or dress shoes)
